“Lockgate Capital was a smaller lender when I was initially introduced, but thankfully I can say that the excellence in service and communication has been retained even as they’ve clearly grown a lot. The original guys are real estate investors themselves, they have their own rentals and have done projects of their own. They understand what you actually go through as an investor and the headaches dealing with financing, and they make it all work. Now, they are a bigger larger company and have a large team of loan officers, but based on my experiences with the team they are every bit as knowledgeable and professional as Dave and Jon themselves, which I genuinely would not have expected.
