The original guy is a real estate investor himself, he has his own rentals, has done his own projects. He understands what you actually go through as an investor and the headaches dealing with financing, and makes it all work. Now, he has a large team of loan officers, but based on my experiences with the team they are truly every bit as knowledgeable and professional as Jon himself, which I genuinely would not have expected.
